ConocoPhillips Communications Inc. has filed for satellite earth station via FCC International Bereau licensing filing. The application seeks to assign the licenses to W and T Offshore Inc. Prior to the transaction, the licenses have been used for critical data monitoring of off-shore platforms. After the transaction, the licenses will continue to be used for this purpose.
