Intelsat License LLC has filed for satellite earth station via FCC International Bereau licensing filing. Intelsat License LLC requests Special Temporary Authority for an additional 30 days to use its Riverside, California Earth Station (E020126) to communicate with HISPASAT 143W-1 for testing.
